Todd Pieper, ENP, has extensive experience in client service and geographic information systems (GIS), holding various positions since joining GeoComm in April 2000, including Vice President of Client Services and Product Development Manager. Prior to GeoComm, Todd Pieper worked as a GIS Technician at USDA-NRCS and St. Cloud State University. Todd Pieper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in GIS from St. Cloud State University, completing education there from 1994 to 1999.
