Geollect
Alex Counihan is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in data science and engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer at Roke since November 2022, Alex oversees research and development as well as proof of concepts for new products and services. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at Geollect from February 2022 to May 2024, and at the Royal Navy from June 2008 to March 2022, where Alex held dual roles as a Data Scientist and Aeronautical Engineer. Alex holds a Master of Science in Computer and Data Science from the University of Sunderland, obtained in March 2024, and a Certificate of Higher Education in Information Technology from The Open University, completed in 2013.
