Heather Jurgenson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Heather started their career as the Director of the Foundation Service Center at Iowa Health System in 2007 and held this position until 2012. In 2011, they founded the Jurgenson Consulting Group, where they served as the President until 2020. Joining Ruffalo Noel Levitz in 2017, they worked as a Senior Project Manager, managing client projects and ensuring their successful completion. Currently, they are employed at Geonetric, where they have held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Senior Account Strategist, and currently serves as the Account Strategy Director.

Heather Jurgenson has a diverse educational background. Heather obtained their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Mount Mercy University in 2001. Earlier in their academic journey, Heather earned an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Operations from Kirkwood Community College between 1997 and 1999.
