Maggie Baisley

Maggie Baisley, PhD, is a co-founder and director of the Reclaim Justice Movement since February 2021, alongside serving as a part-time supervisor at The Women's Center, which provides mental health services and resources. As an adjunct professor at George Mason University since January 2022, Maggie teaches a professional ethics course for clinical psychology PhD students. Previous roles include serving as a scientific advisor to the Defense Health Agency for multiple contractors, focusing on research and policy related to military sexual assault and mental health. Additionally, Maggie has experience as a Military Sexual Trauma Coordinator with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and has contributed to research projects aimed at improving mental health assessments for military personnel. An educational background includes a PhD in Clinical Psychology and ongoing studies toward a Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
