Curtis Sandberg

Curtis Sandberg currently serves as Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students at Georgetown College, a position held since 2018, where initiatives to enhance student engagement and satisfaction have been a focus, including diversifying residence life staff and improving housing processes. Previously, from 2007 to 2018, Curtis Sandberg was the Director of Academic Services at Berea College, where policies related to academic status and persistence were revitalized, and partnerships to improve financial literacy for students and families were established. Earlier experience includes progressive roles within the Student Educational Opportunity division at the University of Wyoming from 1998 to 2007 and a teaching position at Tohoku Gaikokugo Senmon Gakko from 1995 to 1998. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation from the University of Kentucky and multiple degrees from the University of Wyoming, including an MPA in Public Administration and an MS in Psychology.
