Cliff Lewis is an experienced professional in environmental policy and management, currently serving as the Agricultural Programs Manager at the Georgia Environmental Protection Division since March 2008. In this role, Cliff conducts programmatic oversight and develops strategic policies for the Water Supply Program, while providing leadership in environmental health and protection initiatives. Previous positions include Executive Office Planning & Policy Advisor and Assistant Branch Chief, where responsibilities included policy development, regulatory management, and strategic alignment with gubernatorial priorities. Cliff's career began in 2005 as the Agricultural Water Withdrawal Program Manager, where significant interaction with public and private stakeholders occurred regarding water withdrawal issues. Cliff holds a Doctorate in Public Administration (ABD) and a Master's in Public Administration from Valdosta State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Geography/Geology/GIS.
