Ciera Troy

Ciera Troy is a graphic designer with extensive experience in both freelance and corporate settings. Currently employed at Georgia Public Broadcasting since October 2017, Ciera has held positions ranging from Graphic Designer to Graphics Intern. As a freelance graphic designer since January 2017, Ciera has worked with diverse clients to create designs for video and print materials. Notably, a contract with PM&A in late 2019 involved collaborating with Brandon E Williams to develop a holiday thank you video, where Ciera was responsible for all visual elements. Ciera also contributed to the global project Gemanimate 1, which reanimated a theme song from the animated series Steven Universe. Ciera earned a Bachelor's degree in Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design and an Associate's degree in Biology from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
