Nigel Donkin

Nigel Donkin is an accomplished commercial management professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager for the joint venture Acciona/Georgiou since January 2023, Nigel leads commercial teams in contract administration, procurement, financial reporting, and risk management for the Coomera Connector Stage 1 North project. Previous roles include Regional Commercial Manager at CPB Contractors, overseeing commercial and project control responsibilities for significant gas and telecommunications projects, as well as key commercial positions at Laing O'Rourke, Al Masaood Bergum, and other organizations, managing multi-million dollar contracts and diverse construction projects. Nigel holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
