Dr.-Ing. Thomas Wurm

Dr.-Ing. Thomas Wurm has extensive work experience in the steel industry. Dr.-Ing. Thomas started their career at STAHLwerke BREMEN GmbH in 1998, where they worked as a Product Manager and provided technical customer support and logistics services. In 2002, they moved to Heinrich Stamm GmbH, where they served as Assistant to the Technical Management and Production Manager for Wire Galvanization. In 2003, they joined Georgsmarienhütte GmbH, initially working in technical customer support before progressing to roles as Head of Steelplant and Production Manager for the Steelworks. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technical Customer Support at Georgsmarienhütte GmbH.

Dr.-Ing. Thomas Wurm earned a Dipl.-Ing. degree from Technische Universität Clausthal. Furthermore, they pursued their studies at Purdue University Daniels School of Business, where they obtained an MBA.
