Laufey Kristin Skuladottir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management at GeoSalmo since December 2022, Laufey spearheads initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity through innovative methodologies. Laufey is also a member of KATLA Nordic, supporting Icelandic young female professionals in Denmark. Previous roles include Project Manager at 3Shape, where Laufey led global projects to improve customer experience, and Project Manager at Byggðastofnun, contributing to national policy development. Laufey's career also encompasses marketing and sales management at FISK Seafood and consulting for start-ups in various municipal roles. Laufey holds a Master's degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Háskóli Íslands.

Raised in the cleanest water in the world, our salmon is a pure superfood! Geo Salmo intends to be a leader in developing the land-based salmon farming industry to future success and benefit of the world. Our project is building a 20.000 tonne hybrid flow-through land-based farm in South-Iceland with on-site smolt and processing, allowing for roe to finished product within the same facility.
