David Little brings over two decades of experience in software development and management. Since joining GeoSpatial Innovations, Inc. in December 2002, David has served as Manager of Software Delivery, overseeing project execution and ensuring high-quality software solutions. Prior to this role, David worked at Cook-Hurlbert, Inc. from 1992 to 2002 as Software Architect and Manager of Programming Services, where expertise in software architecture and programming management was demonstrated.
