Matt Rickard

Matt Rickard is currently the Director of Software Operations at GeoSpatial Innovations, Inc., a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from May 2015 to March 2023. Before joining GeoSpatial Innovations, Matt worked at Itron as a Software Engineer from February 2006 to May 2015. Matt began their career at BSQUARE in July 1998, initially as a QA Engineer for the Embedded Visual Tools. Matt then transitioned to various projects, including WebTV/MSTV and Power Handheld (Maui). Matt also has experience as a Wildland Firefighter II for the State of Washington, from June 1994 to August 1997.

Matt Rickard earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Math, and Physics from Eastern Washington University between 1994 and 1998.
