Stephanie Taylor, SPHR, serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Geosyntec Consultants since April 2019. With extensive experience in human resources, Stephanie has held prior positions at The Lane Construction Corporation, Haselden Construction, Kiewit, and Western Summit Constructors Inc. Key competencies include HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and HRIS software implementation. Stephanie's bilingual skills in Spanish and expertise in change management, performance management, and organizational development contribute to a strong foundation in enhancing employee engagement and retention.
