Xia Qu

Nate Qu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and data engineering. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Data Platform at GEOTAB since November 2019, Nate leads agile teams in the design and development of the next generation Geotab Data Platform. Previous roles include Senior Software Development Manager and Senior Software Developer at GEOTAB, and Senior Big Data Platform Engineer at Huawei, where Nate significantly contributed to big data solutions and CI/CD pipeline implementations. Prior to that, Nate held positions at IBM and Capital One, focusing on cloud-based applications and agile development methodologies. Nate possesses a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science from Peking University.
