Gabriel Rojas

Gabriel Rojas has over 20 years of experience in metallurgy and technical services within the steel industry. Currently serving as a Technical Service Representative at Gerdau since June 2010, Gabriel provides advisory and technical support for special steels in the automotive sector. Prior to this role, Gabriel worked at Dana Incorporated as a Plant Metallurgist, focusing on incoming materials, failure analysis, process engineering, and customer support from December 2001 to June 2010. Earlier in his career, Gabriel was an EAF and LRF technician at DeAcero, responsible for EAF melting processes and secondary refining. Gabriel holds a degree in Materials Engineering with a specialization in Iron and Steel Metallurgy from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
