Paulo Boneff

Paulo Boneff has extensive experience in culture, diversity, inclusion, internal communication, and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as the Global Head of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communication, and Social Responsibility at Gerdau since August 2008. Prior roles at Gerdau included leadership in social responsibility and management of the Gerdau Institute. In addition to the role at Gerdau, Paulo serves on various boards, including the Governance Board at GIFE, the Board of Junior Achievement Brazil, and the Board of MM Gerdau - Museu das Minas e do Metal. Paulo's educational background includes specialization and certificates from Harvard Business School Online in strategy and sustainable business, a degree in Global Business, International Marketing, Negotiation, and Globalization from Groupe ESC Troyes, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
