Chau Tran

Chau Tran is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Solazyme, Inc. since August 2012. Prior to this role, Chau Tran held the position of Senior Research Associate II at Geron from 2008 to the present and worked at Kosan Biosciences as both a Senior QC Associate II and Senior Research Associate II from 2003 to 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as a Bioanalytical Chemist at MDS Pharma Services from 2000 to 2002 and working as a Chemist at DSM in 2001. Chau Tran holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
