Eric Mueller

Eric Mueller currently serves as the Sr. Director of Process Development and Manufacturing at Geron Corporation, a position held since December 2019. Prior to this role, Eric was the Director of Manufacturing at Geron and held various leadership positions at Orchard Therapeutics, including Associate Director of Validation CTO, where significant contributions were made in establishing process characterization and validation for gene cell therapies. Eric's experience extends to Versartis, Inc., where responsibilities included leading process development and technology transfer, and Shire HGT, where downstream process development was a primary focus. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Graduated Certificate in Biotechnology and Bioprocessing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
