Jennifer Haugen

Jennifer Haugen is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience supporting executives in various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at National Grid Renewables since August 2021, Jennifer provides proactive administrative support, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Senior Administrative Assistant at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, and assisting with project management. Earlier positions include Executive Assistant roles at Prime Therapeutics, where Jennifer improved operational efficiencies, and as Executive Director at Twin Cities Youth Chorale, managing daily operations and fundraising efforts. Jennifer possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from St. Olaf College and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
