Diane S. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and commercial leadership. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Gridline since April 2025, Diane previously held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at MedAware from June 2020 to January 2025, where Diane contributed to the development of an AI-driven medication safety platform that aids pharmacists and care teams in preventing medication errors. Additionally, Diane worked as an Executive in Residence at Springboard Enterprises, promoting the growth of women-led entrepreneurial companies.
