Neta Levy has over 12 years of work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Neta currently works as the Human Resources Director at Get SAT Ltd. Since joining King Engine Bearings in 2013, they served as the Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, led organizational change processes, and managed the employee lifecycle. Prior to that, Neta worked as a Learning & Training Consultant at Lotem and as an Organizational Consultant and Training Developer at YM-Solutions. Neta began their career as an Occupational Diagnosis specialist at Pilat HR Solutions in 2008. Neta has expertise in recruitment, onboarding, training, career development, and termination, as well as conducting annual evaluations, developing managers, and assessing training needs.
Neta Levy earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Communication from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. Neta later pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
