Phouthasine Kiengsavath has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. They began their career in 2005 as a Mechanic in the US Army and served until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Team Leader/ Mechanic in the Army National Guard. In 2012, they transitioned to the civilian workforce and joined Best Buy as a Customer Service Associate, where they handled returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, performed troubleshooting and repairs for electronic devices, and provided demonstrations to clients. They worked at Best Buy until 2014.

Following that, in 2014, they worked as a Repair Technician at Metro Sales, Inc. and were responsible for repairing various devices. In 2016, they moved to Dell EMC, where they worked as a Storage Analyst and later became a Senior Storage Analyst, serving until 2019. Beginning in 2020, they joined Veritas Technologies LLC as a Technical Support Engineer and continued in this role until 2021.

Currently, Phouthasine is employed at Getac Video Solutions, where they initially served as a Technical Support Specialist from 2021 to 2022. They subsequently transitioned to the role of a Technical Support Engineer in March 2022 and are currently working in this position.

Phouthasine Kiengsavath attended Hennepin Technical College from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming. They successfully completed their education and earned an Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree in the mentioned field of study.
