Arjun Bains is the current Head of Product at GetAgent. Arjun was previously a Product Manager at iPlato Healthcare from January 2021 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Product Owner at Santander UK from September 2019 to January 2021, where they worked on improving conversion through Digital Onboarding & Identity products. Arjun also has experience as a Growth Product Manager, having held this position at Airsorted from April 2018 to September 2019, where they were responsible for growing Airsorted from 8 to 25 cities. Arjun also has experience as an entrepreneur, having founded Livvit in May 2017, where they created a physical planner that sold out in the first year. Arjun has also held positions as a Pricing & Profitability Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group and a Product Propositions Manager at Retail Business Banking.
Arjun Bains has a Full Product Management certification from General Assembly, a Growth Hacking Intensive Academy certification from Growth Tribe Academy, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from the University of Leicester. Arjun also has a certification from the Association for Project Management in APMP: The APM Project Management Qualification and The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification.
They are on a team with Peter Thum-Bonanno - CTO, Molly Edwards - Head, Customer Service, and Chad Tugwell - Head, Operations. Arjun Bains reports to Colby Short, CEO.
