Jeremiah Spears

Jeremiah Spears is a seasoned professional in client services and cloud support, currently serving as Cloud Supervisor at CARET since August 2018. With a strong background in managing complex technical cases and authoring key documentation, Jeremiah previously held positions as Senior Lead and Tier 3 in client services at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Network Operations Center Engineer at ScaleMatrix, focusing on datacenter operations, and as a Systems Contractor at Hands on Labour, where multi-vendor technology rollouts were executed. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security and an Associate of Science in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
