Gretel Tam

Gretel Tam, RD, currently serves as a Strategist for Developer Experience at DX, an engineering intelligence platform, since June 2024. With a strong academic background from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, Gretel held roles as a Graduate Research Assistant focusing on the Future of Work and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for an international business course. Experience as a Lead Consultant at Savage Global Consulting involved global operations for Nestle Philippines and Southland Trailers, while a Brand Management Internship at Danone allowed for engagement in plant-based innovation. Additional roles include Market Researcher at Philo Ventures, Investor Liaison at Kinect Capital, and a Dietetic Resident at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where Gretel provided comprehensive nutrition training. Prior involvement with LDS Charities as a Food Security/Nutrition and Clean Water Fellow and as Internship Director at the BYU Ballard Center further showcases a commitment to social impact and health promotion. Early experience as a Dietetic Technician at Utah State Hospital contributed to expertise in nutritional care.
