Imad Mouline currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO at Fastr, and is a Member of the Board of Directors at both JRNI and VoltDB, Inc. As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Akmazo Capital, Imad focuses on product and technology-related advisory for B2B SaaS investments. Previously, Imad was Chief Technology Officer at Everbridge, leading the company to a successful IPO in 2016, and Co-Founder and CTO of CloudFloor Corporation, which was acquired by Everbridge. Additional experience includes roles as CTO at Compuware and Gomez, where Imad played key roles in significant acquisitions and company transformations. Imad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
