Brady Nolan

Brady Nolan serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Flex since April 2025 and is a member of PEF Community since November 2023. Previously, Brady held the position of Chief Business Officer for Flexible Rent at Best Egg, where significant achievements included establishing partnerships with top Property Management Software companies and capturing over 12 million rental units. As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Till, Brady successfully pivoted the company's strategy and raised $16 million in venture capital funding before its acquisition by Best Egg. A seasoned leader in the real estate and rental housing industry, Brady has also held key roles at Circuit, Urban Atlantic, Vecino Communities, Dalian Development, Gables Residential, and The Bozzuto Group. Brady earned a Master's degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a degree from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
