Jaime Hays is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Lead at Flex since December 2019, Jaime also functions as the Director of Operations at The Hays Household, overseeing the continuous monitoring and management of associates. With previous roles including Senior Account Manager Team Lead at BuildZoom and Production Manager at OKC Replacement Windows, Jaime has demonstrated expertise in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, process development, and team leadership. Additional experience spans ownership of America's Best Choice Windows of OKC, Vice President at Homes By The Brave, LLC, and various roles in marketing and financial services. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Regis University and has education from Loyola University Chicago.
