Rina Erlund

Rina Erlund is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in Human Resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Business Partner Nordic at Getinge since April 2021, Rina has previously held significant HR roles, including Interim Nordic HR Advisor at an own company from 2016 to August 2022, and HR Manager for PerkinElmer, Inc. from 2012 to 2016, where responsibilities encompassed HR management in sales offices across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. Rina's career also includes an HR Operations Manager position at DeLaval and experience as Nordic HRBP at TECHNIA, as well as HR Manager for Nordics & Baltics at Monier Roofing Components GmbH. Rina began her career as an HR Consultant at Ericsson from 2000 to 2003. Rina holds a Master's degree in Adult Education from the University of Helsinki, earned between 1994 and 1999.
