Jeanne Thai

Jeanne Thai is a seasoned Product Manager with a diverse background in technology and investment. Currently at Magical since 2023, Jeanne focuses on automating tasks using AI. Previously, Jeanne held the same title at Hightouch, leading in reverse ETL and customer data applications. Experience also includes a role at THE YES, where Jeanne improved conversion rates and conducted user research. Prior to these roles, Jeanne worked at Bain Capital Ventures as an Investor, conducting due diligence on early-stage startups, and at Atlassian in Strategy & Business Operations, where Jeanne launched a significant cloud product. Jeanne's early career included positions at Squarespace as a Data Scientist and Phillips Academy as a Portfolio Analyst. Jeanne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with a B.A. in Economics and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
