Kimberly Giammarco has worked in various roles since 2015. Kimberly began their career as an Originations East Summer Student at Home Trust Company in 2015. In 2016, they held two roles at Home Trust Company, first as a Funding Administrator and then as a Mortgage Officer. In 2017, they joined ext. marketing as a Regulatory and Investor Communications Coordinator, where they managed tight deadlines for investment commentaries and MRFPs, and scheduled resources within given turnaround periods. In 2020, they became an Account Manager, Investment Communications at ext. marketing. In 2021, they joined The Nationwide Group as a Senior Marketing Associate and Sales Coordinator, RELNKS. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Channel Partnerships Associate at Maple (getmaple.ca).

Kimberly Giammarco attended Mohawk College from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained an Honours Business Administration Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Business Administration in Business/Commerce, General. In September 2016, they also obtained a Personal Lending and Mortgages certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
