Ahmed Kamal Ali

Ahmed Kamal Ali serves as the VP of Product Experience at Staffbase since August 2020, leading design, research, and enablement to construct the world's first Comms Suite and Comms Cloud. With a progressive career at Staffbase, Ahmed has successfully scaled teams and achieved engagement scores consistently above industry benchmarks. Previously, significant roles included Head of Product Design at AirHelp, where team growth contributed to its status as a leading air passenger rights advocate, and Senior Design Lead at LIQID, where Ahmed established the company's first Design System. Additional experience spans Vodafone as Senior UX Lead and founding Ingenuity Studio, enhancing design solutions for various clients. Ahmed holds a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts from Helwan University Cairo.
