Luka Hale

Luka Hale has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Luka began as a Java Developer Intern in the Strategy & Architecture team at Fox Mobile Group. In 2012, they served as a PHP Developer Intern for Developer Garden, where they also completed their Bachelor's thesis project. Starting in 2015, Luka worked as a Java Software Developer in optivo, a company of Deutsche Post DHL. Luka then joined dmc digital media center GmbH as a Software-Engineer for a brief period in 2016. In 2017, Luka worked as a Java Backend Developer at bonify Germany. Following this, they served as a Java Software Engineer for MODIFI in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Luka worked as a Freelance Senior Java Software Engineer. Currently, they are employed as an Engineering Lead at pliant since May 2021.

Luka Hale completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Amsterdam from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, Luka obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
