Katie Conlan is a Senior Associate at Quid, where the role involves facilitating liquidity for private shareholders against their pre-IPO equity. Previously, Katie served as a Private Equity Analyst at K1 Investment Management, focusing on sourcing and evaluating investments in enterprise software, alongside supporting M&A initiatives for portfolio companies. Katie gained experience as an Institutional Equity Sales & Trading Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley, rotating through various groups within the Institutional Equities division. Additionally, Katie was a Scholar in the Girls Who Invest program, aimed at enhancing the presence of women in portfolio management and leadership roles within the asset management industry. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California.
