Laura MacKenzie

Laura MacKenzie has held various roles in service delivery and project management, currently serving as Global Service Delivery Manager at Getronics since March 2006, where previous positions included EMEA Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Project Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Account Advocate at Sanmina-SCI, Learning and Logistics Coordinator at ScottishPower, and Customer Delivery Partner at NCR Corporation. Laura began her career as PA to the Infrastructure Manager at the Student Loans Company. Laura holds a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed in 1999, and attended Williamwood High School from 1988 to 1994.
