Meghana Paul

Meghana Paul is a seasoned professional in data strategy and analysis, currently serving as the Senior Data Strategy Lead for Learning and Organizational Development at Getronics since October 2023. Meghana provides consultancy for Performance & Growth initiatives and leads the data strategy for a global Culture Transformation program. Previously, as a Data Analyst at Getronics, Meghana conducted analyses using the Kirkpatrick model to assess workshop effectiveness and designed surveys for Culture Transformation initiatives. Experience also includes roles as an Associate Research Manager at Kantar, where Meghana analyzed qualitative data to derive consumer insights, and as a Project Manager at d'frens, responsible for employee engagement programs. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in I/O Psychology from CMR University and a Bachelor’s degree from Bangalore University.
