Teresa Gil

Teresa Gil has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner and National Training and Development Manager at Getronics since 2017. Prior to this role, Teresa worked at Adecco as a Selection Manager and Commercial Delegate, where responsibilities included team management. Earlier experience includes consulting in human resources at GRIKER – ASE-psiKé, focusing on recruitment and candidate assessment, and a brief tenure at the University of Valladolid's Department of Social Psychology. Teresa holds a Master’s in Human Resources Development and Management from the University of Valladolid, a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention from Universidad CEU San Pablo, and a degree in Psychopedagogy from the University of Valladolid.
