Cesar Léon

Cesar Léon has a wide range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Cesar most recently worked as an Inside Sales Representative at GetScale (formerly GetSales), where they were responsible for contacting and converting prospects for clients in the tech industry. Prior to this, Cesar worked in franchise sales operations at KidStrong, where they trained franchisees and provided leadership for the training team.

Cesar also gained experience in the food service industry, starting at McDonald's as an Operations Team Member. Cesar then transitioned to Chick-fil-A, where they held various roles including Director of Training and Field Talent Staff. In these positions, they led teams, conducted customer experience audits, and developed leadership skills.

Outside of their professional experience, Cesar has also held roles at Sozo Church as Head Media and at BYX-Beta Upsilon Chi-Brothers Under Christ as Secretary and Treasurer. Additionally, they worked at Pine Cove as a Media Content Creator, Projects team member, and Wrangler.
