Edward Savoy

Edward Savoy is an accomplished business operations manager with extensive experience in sales operations and client success. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Shogun since March 2021, Edward manages financial processes, procurement, and vendor relationships while collaborating closely with sales and legal teams. Prior to Shogun, Edward worked at Rosetta Stone for over a decade in various roles, including Associate Manager of Sales Operations, wherein nine employees were managed and analytical support was provided. Additional positions included Client Success Support Manager and Institutional Concierge Team Lead, highlighting a strong background in client relationship management. Edward's earlier experience includes positions at the University of Virginia, where significant budgetary and logistical responsibilities were managed, and James Madison University, contributing to the operation of large student band events. Edward holds a Master’s degree in English from James Madison University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
