Andrew Lightner

Andrew Lightner serves as the Engineering Manager for Analytics Engineering & Data Platform at Upside since June 2019, overseeing a team of 6-10 analytics and data engineers and providing architectural guidance on key technology initiatives. Previously, Andrew held several roles at Upside, including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Analytics Engineer, where contributions included designing data architecture and evolving financial reporting processes. Prior experience includes working as a Data Research Analyst at DevTech Systems, contributing to the USAID Data Services, and as a Contract Researcher at the Overseas Development Institute. Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Dayton.
