Jo Lim

Jo Lim is an experienced executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the VP of Customer at Vim since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jo held several positions at Babylon from April 2018 to August 2023, including SVP of Growth and Engagement, VP of Growth and Engagement, and VP of Strategy & Business Development. Jo also worked at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from October 2012 to March 2018, advancing from Senior Associate to Senior Engagement Manager, where the focus was on consulting strategies for large health systems. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Interim Business Development Manager at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and as a Consultant at Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Jo Lim holds a Master's degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Immunology from The University of Edinburgh.
