Ida Thyrring Bredkjær

Ida Thyrring Bredkjær serves as the VP of People & Performance at GetWhy since June 2021, focusing on fostering a human-first, high-performance culture within the organization. Previously, Ida held the position of Head of People & Performance and has extensive experience as a Human Experience Consultant and Speaker at A-Speakers. In addition, Ida is an External Lecturer at STYRK, where contributions include founding the Empower concept and hosting a podcast. Previous roles include Process Advisor positions at iProve and Operate A/S, Partner at doubleyou, and Project Manager at Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen. Educational qualifications include a Kandidatgrad in Sociology from Københavns Universitet and a Post Graduate Exchange at The University of British Columbia.
