James J. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. James started their career as a Tier 1/Coach/Trainer at Arvato Direct Services GmbH (now Majorel) in 2011, where they stayed until 2013. James then became a Training and Quality coordinator for the same company, overseeing training and quality for a global IT organization. In 2016, James took on the role of Retention Lead/Outreach Lead for Arvato Direct Services GmbH, managing retention across EMEA Cloud Support.

In 2017, James became the Training, Quality and Content Lead for Technical and billing support for Microsoft Office 365 commercial. James successfully completed a 6-month project and was offered the opportunity to relocate and take over the Training and Quality Team at a new site. James later became a Training and Quality Manager for Majorel, responsible for training, quality, content, and processes across multiple sites in multiple countries.

In 2019, James transitioned to GetYourGuide as a Training Team Lead, leading and mentoring a team of Training and Knowledge Specialists. James created a vision and role for the team in line with company strategy and drove projects involving multiple senior stakeholders. In 2023, they became an Operations Manager at GetYourGuide, taking full ownership of a team of Specialists and specializing in Inventory Acquisition and Management as well as Content Management. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated expertise in training, quality, retention, and operations management.

James J. attended Tefl International School Of Language from 2014 to 2015, where they studied English as a Foreign Language. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including an Accredited NLP Master Practitioner Certification from Udemy in May 2022, Agile Project Management and Agile Delivery certifications from Udemy in May 2022, and a Training of Trainers - Training Methods certification from Alison in July 2021. James also obtained certifications in Inbound Sales, Sales Enablement, and Sales Management Training from HubSpot Academy in April 2021.
