Christian Raich has held various finance and leadership roles throughout their career. From May 2021 to present, they have served as the CFO and Head of Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operational Excellence at Getzner - engineering a quiet future. Prior to this, from July 2018 to May 2021, they worked as the CFO and Head of Finance and Controlling at Getzner Werkstoffe Group. From March 2017 to June 2018, they were a Finance Manager at Unilever Switzerland GmbH, and from March 2014 to February 2017, they served as a Finance Manager at Unilever Supply Chain Company.
Christian Raich also has experience working at Shell Trading - Shell Energy Europe, where they held several finance-related roles. From July 2011 to November 2013, they worked as the Regional Finance Manager Gas&Power NW Europe, overseeing gas marketing activities. From March 2010 to June 2011, they were a Finance Manager and CFO, responsible for finance functions and leading a team of 20 employees. Christian also held positions as a Senior Supply Finance Representative Austria+Switzerland, Retail Finance Manager for Shell Austria, and Retail Finance Analyst for Shell Germany during their time at Shell Trading.
Prior to their work at Shell Trading, Christian Raich worked as a project manager at uniforce Consulting GmbH from 2001 to 2004. In this role, they managed various projects focused on process optimization, cost accounting implementation, and business planning.
Between December 2013 and February 2014, Christian Raich took a planned three-month career break for traveling.
Christian Raich completed their Master of international Management from the CEMS program from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Magister degree in Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) between 2000 and 2005.
