François Roulet has extensive work experience in the engineering field. François started their career at Rolex in 2003 as an Agent méthode GMAO. In 2004, they joined Agie Charmilles as a Methods & Industrialization Engineer, where they managed new product introductions and conducted value analysis to reduce costs. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Production Transfer Team Manager, responsible for planning and organizing team transfer activities and supporting the local team in Beijing. François then became an R&D Mechanical Leader at Agie Charmilles from 2010 to 2015, where they developed two new 5-axis laser machines and designed key components. In 2015, they were promoted to be the Head of Mechanical Engineering and Test & Prototypes Department in the R&D Lasers division at Agie Charmilles, where they defined mechanical concepts for laser machines and managed teams and projects.
François Roulet earned a Master's degree in Microtechnic & Mechanic from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.
