Douglas A. Gardner

A co-founder of G&G Outfitters, Doug Gardner is a unique brand of leader, known for his trademark high-energy style, innate people skills, and problem-solving ability. In his role as President, he is responsible for driving the operational excellence of all G&G'sfacilities. With his vast expertise in the production of branded merchandise, he works closely with the Director of Operations in an effort to perfect the G&G process that delivers more than 11 million apparel products annually. In addition, he works closely with our Director of Human Resources to ensure G&G always recruits the best talent in the industry. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government Politics from the University of Maryland, with a minor in Business. Outside of work, he values family time with his wife, Karen, and raising their four sons. In addition to coaching his son's basketball teams, he enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and boating.
