Richard L. Gergar

Richard Gergar leads the company with a powerful blend of enthusiasm, innovation, and strategic vision. In his role as an Executive Vice President, Rich is directly responsible for the business development, sales, and marketing functions within the organization. G&G has continued to grow and thrive under Rich’s financial stewardship, which complements his leadership of G&G’s operational and strategic plans. Rich is constantly identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, creating and implementing new processes, and ensuring the influx of new talent to our organization. Rich graduated from the University of Maryland with a double major in Finance and Marketing. He and his wife, Theresa, live in Annapolis with their four children. In his spare time, he enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, relaxing on the beach, watching a great lacrosse game, and simply hanging out with his family and friends.
