Prior roles include Talent Partner at Highland Capital Partners and Executive Search at Facebook, as well as Director positions at Riviera Partners and Schweichler Price Mullarkey & Barry, focused on recruiting leadership for technology companies. Jen co-founded Gallery A Consultants and held key roles at Plumtree Software, SGI, and Deloitte Consulting.
