Charles B. Cooper Jr.

Charles B. Cooper Jr., AIA, NCARB, is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in architectural design and project management. Currently serving as Senior Architect and Midwest EDO Design Discipline Lead at GHD since January 2023, Charles also holds the position of Owner at CM Partners Architects, LLC, established in August 2009. Previous roles include Manager of Operations and Senior Project Architect at Vigne Group LLC Architects and Planners, where responsibilities included staffing, compliance, and specialized design for Cannabis facilities. Charles's expertise is further demonstrated through previous positions at Tetra Tech, A3C Collaborative Architecture, and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Baker College and Washtenaw Community College. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy.
