Diane McConnell

Diane McConnell is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Project Director at GHD since July 2025, Diane has also been involved in consulting since April 2019 and holds the position of Manager of Engineering at Aqua America since September 2016. Previous roles include Principal Engineer at Mott MacDonald, Project Manager at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, and Senior Engineer at Williams, where Diane focused on compression engineering and site selection. With an engineering career that began at Michael Baker International, Diane has developed expertise in water/wastewater project management, leading significant projects and engineering design for major clients. Diane earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Geneva College, graduating in 1985.
